About mani-stone

Mani-Stone clothing was established in 2009 by Sarah Underwood who is based in Cumbria in the North of England, just a few miles from the Scottish border.

Mani-Stone garments are all beautifully crafted in Kathmandu, Nepal using traditional skills and artisanal techniques.

Mani-stone specialises in luxurious cashmere garments and accessories using A grade Mongolian cashmere in a contemporary yet classic styling. Exquisite artisanal pieces may take between two to three days to produce by hand.

Also, a new range made from high quality sustainable organic cotton has created a stylish and comfortable clothing collection which is both kind to the skin and to the environment.

Mani-stone has a strong commitment to ensuring that all workers are treated with kindness and respect. Basic human rights like fair living wages, worker’s rights, and good working conditions are paramount.
